A hopefully simpler answer to a commonly asked question

Every day someone walks up to the desk and asks how to reserve a room. I'm paranoid that some of our students are telling folks that it's all online now, but not helping them find out where. I was originally thinking about making little cards to give to people with brief instructions, but now I have a different idea. Tomorrow I'm going to infuse into the desk computer home page two little javascript chunks that will send a pre-written message to whatever e-mail address is entered in the form box. Next time someone asks where one can find the reservation link, we'll zap it right to their inbox.
